about

Nando's influences range from Brazilian Pop Music, through traditional and contemporary Jazz and South American Classical and Folk styles. You'll hear hints of Samba, Tango, Afro 6/8 rhythms that carry all the intensity of South American African based styles. He has over 14 CDs released as a composer and Band leader.
Bergonzi and Garzone are arguably two of the greatest and more personal Saxophone players of their generation, while Max Acree and Tiago Michelin represent the young blood that brings a very fresh sound to this group.
All musicians are band leaders and you can hear it in their mutual respect and interaction, that creates an exciting repertoire of textures that are continually flowing.
